First time customers will receive a complimentary sizing kit in the selected style (shape & length) from your order.
Sizing kits are sent out next day and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Production is typically 3-7 business days and begins after we receive your order, or sizing kit information if it's a first time order.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of each set, all sales are final. Please double-check your sizes and selections before placing an order.
If there’s an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or an error on my part—please contact me within 5 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. I’ll be happy to make it right!
