Gently push back cuticle with the wooden cuticle pusher.
Use the file to lightly buff the surface and to remove the shine from each nail. The texture helps the adhesive and therefore the nail adhere better.
Clean nails thoroughly with alcohol pads. Removing any left over dust from filing.
Once dry: Add a small drop of nail glue to both your natural nail and the back of the press-on. The amount of glue will vary depending on what type of glue you're using (tradition liquid glue|semi solid nail glue) and how long your natural nail beds are.
Using nail tabs: If possible, size nails through sheet before removing them. Making sure the tab fits side wall to side wall, covering most of your natural nail bed. Remove tab from sheet, place on natural nail bed then place press-on.
Hold for 15 seconds.

Fill up a bowl of bearable warm to hot water. If you have some, add a few drops of cuticle oils as well.
Soak your nails for about 5 to 20 mins. (depending on how long you've had the nails on, if its only been a few days, it may take a little more soaking)
After that time, use a cuticle pusher to gently start to loosen the nail from the base (near the cuticle area) and sides of the press on. If you have any resistance, apply some cuticle oil near the base and return to soaking.
You can also apply cuticle oil or alcohol underneath the nail to help work it off.
Peel off the nails as they start loosen. Again, if it feels stuck DO NOT force it off. This can cause damage to your natural nails and could break the press-on, making them no longer useable.
Gently file off any left over glue on your nail and apply a nail strengthener if you have one. File off any left over glue from the press on and store them in a safe place to be reused. I recommend using an e-file with a small 240 grit sanding band to remove leftover glue. (can be found on amazon)
